On Monday Leigh and Edie came over to pick up the last of Leigh's things to move them back to her apartment. Goodbye, Roomie! She brought her "new" husband (of 10+ years) Bob to lunch! He is awesome. And my mom got my holiday boxers... Which turned out to be the same book that my dad was reading because HE had picked it up last time he was at the airport! So much lasagna. Family dinner. Also noteworthy on Sunday was the custom mouse pad Meredith gave me as a gift out of the blue. A-dorable. (This picture of us is from when we were in Thailand .) I woke up on Sunday morning with crazy post-Halloween hair and (secret tranny!) residual eye make up! Despite numerous face washings, I always have that "secret tranny" hint of make up around the eyes the next morning. Makes for an extra feisty kick off to November! Happy Halloween! Skull face is dying (for now). ...and met up wtih Niki and Karla who were dressed as matching night club "cigarette girls" Me anzd Sarah roaming the crowd. A little before 2am we headed down to a party at the Bowery Hotel... I like dressing up, but I don't really like all the planning and buying stuff that's involved in dressing up. So more often than not, I'll revert to a last-minute halloween costume with whatever's lying around. This year I used some white face paint and a mascara pencil to go as SKULL FACE! After I finished borrowing Ellen's eyeliner, she touched up her slutty 80s rocker make up! Halloween Family Portrait! Awwwww, skull guy and skeledog! Best year yet! I like to put off everything as long as possible, so I just slicked my hair back in preparation for painting my face like a skull. I ran into Nazita who I hadn't seen since right before I left for my first trip to Thailand in 2005! It was Nazita who ended up putting my in touch with her friend Claire in Bangkok ! Me and Sarah.
