B-love & Special Sos.
me
And ended up running into the girl that David Forman totally made out with at the last Cake party (coming soon). No not that one, the one in red. HAHAHAHAHAHAH!
me
This is Amber. When Grant and I stripped for one of the first Cake Parties, Amber was the one who helped us get liquored up enough to take off our clothes and actually give lapdances.
me
The only thing better than the cupcakes was the girl that was serving them. (Sweet, sweet Haylynn *sigh*)
me
From L to R: The New Girl who replaced Amanda in W.I.T. (sorry, forgot yer name), fellow WITchic Melissa, um, and the girl whose birthday it was.
me
After we left Serena's we all headed over to Joey's for some leetle afterparty (and it was also some casting lady's birthday party as well). Shane and Eddie from Vice Magazine.
me
While the rest of the partygoers sipped free vodka and non-chalantly pretended they weren't trying to accidentally strike up a conversation with James Vanderbeek (who's actually really good in the movie) Emma Taylor and I got down to bidness.
me
We run on instinct. (Our faces = fun-nee.)
me
Laura Sosin from Lion's Gate (aka - Special Sos), Jen Dolloff, Alisa (aka - AVDB) and me.
me
Yep, here's where I spend 70% of my entire LA-trip...in the fucking car. (Thanks again Kate; you're a peach).
me
Just for the record, that's not me making the rabbit ears behind him.
me
Grant, Me and Pappi.
me
Hahaha.
me
Me and Michelle after working up a stank on tha dancefloor.
me
On the dance floor with the bride!
me
Me (looking cranky) with The Vin.
me
I think this photo should be called "Luckiest Girl in the Whole Wide World."
me
Thanks for letting me cut in on your date, guys!
me
BeeBatch and JimJazz represent on the Miami Vice tip like Crockett & Tubs...um, except that we're both really white.
me
And here's me stepping in, the Impostor Pseudo Date!
me
Check out that smile! No, not mine, Dashiell's! Anyway I grab a hold of him and all of the sudden he lights up like a Christmas Tree and I'm all thinking I'm the shit because he's smiling and Jord's like - "Wow, look at that smile! He must really be letting go of ALOT of gas."
me
Look at his little face. Aw.
me
Time to check out those tan lines! Aw yeah....
me
On Saturday Grant, Sarah and I woke up to a beautiful sunny day and scrambled to get out to our secret beach as fast as we could.
me
Me!

Squinty Me & Smiley Sarah.

So long sweet summer...

Here's Comedy Central employee, see-through party-shirt-enthusiast and living cartoon, Steve R.

Just when I thought things couldn't get any better, Ami busted out an Orgasmo Head Massager and went to work on my scalp. Look at my face...I'll tell you what, bliss sure ain't purty.
me
...I'd better start getting in on the action.
me
Then I upped the ante and started making out with a co-worker!
me
After you're done laughing at my candy necklace (Hey, fuck you buddy - chicks were biting off pieces...what would you have done?) make sure to check out David in the background getting accosted by yet another random girl.
me
This is Chris. Grant and I met her when we were male strippers for a Cake party back in the day.
cake party: part three
August 27, 2002
me
Seriously, what's better than this picture?
me
Later that evening Scott and Amy got rid of the kids and we headed out for a night of "local fun" starting at the Stanton House.
me
After the Stanton house, we decided to head back over to the Laughing Lion (where we went to eat after the ceremony 14 hours earlier) and finish up the night there.
me
Immediately at the conclusion of the service (at 11am) we headed over to the Laughing Lion for drinks and food. Me, Tim Farley and John Christie represent on the Roxbury High School tip.
me
No stranger to whipping out my own bag, I handed over the camera and teamed up with Grant for this amazing photo. (Look at our faces!!! nd bonus points to me for actually resting my nuts on the guys chair.)
me
Oh, except for Bob (who apparently wears hospital clothes when he's just lounging around and kicking it). I asked him what's up with the shirt and he told me it was because his chest hurt. So I asked him, "So Bob, why does your chest hurt?" He goes, "Oh, because my mom's friend is a beautician who's trying to get her license." So I'm like, "What does that have to do with your chest hurting?" And Bob proceeds to tell me "Well, my mom told me that before her friend can pass her test, she's going to need to practice waxing things..." I suddenly saw where this story was going...
me
This is my brother's friend Sean Talty. When I showed up that evening, my brother had like 12 of his friends at the house but Talt was one of the only one's still up.
me
After Bob put his shirt back on (and then after I finished shuddering in the corner and hugging myself) I drove across the bridge from Lavalette over to Long Beach Island to meet up with my cousin Steve (He's a Battjer too, can you believe that?) at some ridiculous Jersey Shore Beach bar where the amazing band, The Nerds, was playing. We decided to have a few beers and try to mingle with tha locals.
me
This is Steve's friend Kenny from Virginia Tech (Yep, the college. Contrary to what his 34-year-old-looking-face would lead you to believe, this guy's only 22 years old).
me
Farewell, sweet, sweet LBI.
me
Me & Em.
me
K. Marsala and Josh show some o' that winning ivory.
me
Sarah gets mad props for being the only person to bring me a non-alcoholic gift. (A sweet-ass pair of Pumas).
me
Amanda, Melissa (who in case you didn't know happens to be one of the "Queens of Brooklyn Electroclash" hahaha), Debbie T and me.
me
The electric, light-up bulb flag was nice, but it just wasn't enough. So at some point in the night I dragged out the 4ft. sparklers that we bought on our recent NH Vacation.
me
Yep, here's me still standing on the seats - this time doing a DLR-style kick over the head of a passed out Brian Chambers.
me
Me being drunk enough to actually straddle our CTO's face and...never mind. I guess this pic doesn't need a caption, huh?

ps - I think I'm still hung over.
pps - Brian C, I'm sorry.
me
...which led to convincing drunk strangers to kiss us (er, sort of)...
me
Yep, not even three minutes later and Deborah's already grabbing my titty. Watch carefully as the effects of tequilla unfold before your very eyes. (Also, it should be noted that this is also the point in the evening where, with the exception of Jim, every single Nerve employee pussed out and went home. Spring Street Reprazent, yo!!!)
me
Okay, question for you: How the fuck did we not get thrown out of the bar??? I'm standing on one of the booths, screaming and doing a David Lee Roth kick while both Martin and Jessica get ready to touch my package. This is at like 10pm on a Wednesday!?! (Also, look over to the left of me...aren't those the same two girls from before making out? It's an hour and a half later and they're still going at it).
me
...which led to the licking of co-worker's girlfriends...
me
I wish I could tell what was going on here. Are we spanking him? Did he fall down? I don't even know.
me
Meanwhile, the rest of the gang continues our descent into behavior that will likely result in us never being able to look each other in the eyes again. Check me out full-on cupping J.Lasher's titty while simultaneously bringing Bibbins downtown on a Star Trek Voyage (bravely going where no man has gone before).
me
BC, BB, and D-Rok. See? Look at how wholesome (and sober) we are!
me
It really did start out innocently. I swear!
me
Rrrroooooooox-anne. You don't have to put on the red light.
me
For the sake of posterity, we set up the cam on the dash again to capture the crew at the end of our journey.

Hey! That's my bum!

Sitting on.
me
Me.
me
...and taking "I'm in front of a fire" vanity photos!
me
Grant, we missed you!
me
And unfortunately, it was also apparently a really good place to get bitten by bugs. Big fucking bugs. I mean, do you see the size of that bug bite?
me
The rock is good for laying on.
me
The first night Joey and I made the mistake of playing teams boys vs. girls. We got our asses handed to us and were hardly halfway around the board when the ladies won. (Look how intense my expression is. When I play Cranium, I play to win.)
me
After a little bit of drinking and various other card games, we decided it would be fun to play "Truth or Dare." I chose "Dare" (hoping that someone would dare me to hook up with one of the girls), but instead I got "dared" to let the girls put make up on me. It was like 8th grade all over again.
me
Hardee-har-har. So now I'm wearing girly make-up and I figure that if I choose "dare" again, they'll reward me for being a good sport and this time I'll get to make out. Too bad I was half right. They wanted me to make out, but they wanted me to make out with Joey. When I informed them that I wouldn't kiss him with tongue, the girls conferred in the corner and then came back to announce that in lieu of us kissing, they'd decided that they'd prefer to watch us have what they called "A Sword-fight."

For a brief moment, it sounded like a win-win alternative until I realized that there were no actual swords in the vicinity.
me
As hot as I looked (yeah, that's right - "I'd fuck me, I'd fuck me so hard."), Joey wasn't really into the sword-fighting thing either. So instead we had to bump naked asses.
me
Me and Tookie. See that lake in the background? That's the lake the Tookie's house is on!
me
The four of us on the way up.
me
Mountain-man, Brian Battjer.
me
Half-way up, we stopped to rest.
me
We meant to leave work at like 10:30 - which by the time we got out to my car meant we'd be able to be on the road by 11:30 at the latest. But we all ended up running late and we didn't get on the road until almost 2pm (which basically put us right smack dab in the middle of the "leaving town for the weekend" rush.

After sitting in 2 1/2 hours of really slow traffic all through NYC and Southern CT, we finally hit some open road.
me
Too bad living in NYC makes everywhere else seem weird. Around 7:30ish we pulled off the road in northeastern CT to get some dinner. Every place we stopped at was completely mobbed with people. We finally settled on Friendly's (which beyond being filled with a "not-so-Friendly" waitstaff, also had a 25 minute wait for a table). We elected to do the "smart" thing and eat outside. So instead of only waiting 25 minutes inside, we sat outside, freezing our asses off for 50 minutes waiting for our food...all the while listening to somebody's frigging car alarm go off in the parking lot. In the words of Isabella, "Oh, for Frank's sake! Turn that gosh darn thing off!"
me
Brian engages in the sigularly male phenomenon of "Doing the Dew." Fuck yeah! DEW IT!
me
From L to R: Joey, Lo, Tookie (aka - Isabella), Em and Me. (we took this pic by setting the timer and placing the camera on the dash).
me
Me, Katie, Brian Kelly, and Brian Crowell. (We all grew up together spending our summer on Beech Island with Uncle Stephen.)
me
Goodbye, Uncle Stephen. We miss you and we'll never forget you.
me
After the Grange Hall, the family all headed back to island for some food and final bonding time.
me
Cousin Katie and I at the dock. Starting to liven back up after 3 hours of crying our eyes out.
me
That's my mom at the bow. (If you look closely, you can see the boathouse peeking out at the very tip of Beech Island in the background).
me
That's Cousin Kevin Crowell (who taught me how to water ski when I was a wee lad!) ferrying us over to the island for a small memorial service and burying of the ashes.
me
As soon as I got into Strafford, I dropped my stuff off at the hotel that my parents were staying in and then immediately headed over to Portsmith to meet up with Cousin Katie (who you may remember from such long-ago diary entries as 1997's Visiting Boston With Cousin Katie, here's us with her friend Erin.
me
I only included this picture because it shows Katie's wonderful little hair knobby thingies.
me
Beth and I.
me
Me, Kara and Amy!
me
Then I went up and sang "It Had To Be You."
me
Here's Liam. (He looks just like Scott, um, except with hair.)
me
Me and the soon-to-be-wed Kara!
me
"You in the jungle, baby. You gonna diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiie."
me
Where the fuck are my lips?
