Drese even humored Maddy with tug of war! I woke up super early on Friday and got all my work done by 10am. I bid farewell to these two... Not impressed with the pack at the park. We ordered veggie Vietnamese food from Lan Cafe (mmmmm!).... Such party professionals! I came home to find these two fast asleep. Awww, brown mouse! Exactly five minutes later. Hahaha. Pancake nap! We go now? This is a good way to start your morning. Later that afternoon, Caiti came by to claim her pup! Look what I learned how to do, mom! Sunday morning hound chow time! We also finally succeeded in getting Maddy and Jagger to play tug of war with each other! ADORABLE! Two days later and these guys had totally exhausted each other! Butt-touch truce, k? On Friday evening we bid farewell to the dogs (who we caught spooning in the crate!)... I bite your face! ...Jagger with us for a few days of dog-sitting! Back when Jagger was a pup, he was Maddy's size! Me? Sleeping? Naaaaw. Edie and Maddy pay close attention... ...to Vin eating a slice. Haha. We brought them back to our place so they could wrassle in private. Ready? Vicious! Go! PWNED! Puppy counter-attack! My brother was in town and crashing at our place! Hunchy want to know where you go? On Thursday night a bunch of people came over for a hang. Maddy give Vin the customary air-lick greeting. ...look like yer pet. A brief post-sandwich nap... Maddy in the wild. Wiener dog reunion! On Saturday morning, we packed up the snooch, hopped in a cab to the Port Authority... ...and took her to the dog park. Maddy was in awe... Faisal was in town and came by on Wednesday night! Maddy's first visit to C-Tav. (I talk with my hands) ...at Cherry Tavern. Back at the homestead later that evening, Meredith took some boring old pretzels... Nap buddies. All tucked in, oh my. Hound X walk over to... ...always a scratch away ...out to meet up with Edie, Leigh & Ryan. IT SLEEPING SO PEACEFULLY IN THE WARM. WHY YOU BOTHER IT? Later that evening I took Weinerback Hunchpaw to the dog park. Meredith worked on lesson plans. Maddy wore a hoodie. I worked on my Pecha Kucha slides some more. Mer and Maddy fell asleep on the couch. YOU'RE NOT LEAVING ME HERE, RIGHT? Maddy, however, is just starting to get the hang of it. Pillow smashed! I got home and found this one using a throw-pillow as a blanket. Haha. ...with this little grimple who loves using my shin as a chin-rest. Thanks! Back at the homestead, I found these two canoodling. Hey Maddy, can you look over here? Meredith's mom bought Maddy a new sweater! (It came with a giant flower made out of yarn that was stiched to the side. Snip-snip, voila!). It's pink and brown with spots (just like Maddy!). Haha. Meredith made delicious pizza rolls for dinner... Grimple chin. Amanda came over on Friday. Double-dog armrests!
