Sunday night I watched the Michael Alago Netflix documentary called "Who the F**ck is That Guy" and there were some great shots of my Alphabet City neighborhood from the early 80s. Found this cat lady action figure out for the trash on my block. On Wednesday morning, I walked out my building and noticed that someone had turned one of the willow tree stumps into a giant sculpture of Groot from Avengers. We wandered around and grabbed a bite after. On my walk home spotted *GASP* a Starbucks in the East Village. The neighborhood has always been changing, but this was a weird milestone. On the walk home spotted a neighborhood flyer alerting people to death of Eddie. I think it's sweet when people do this. While out walking Maddy... ...I noticed someone had put up a passive aggressive generation burn note on the La Plaza community bulletin board. Spicy! Wispy clouds on Monday. Met up with this guy to help him with some tech stuff. ...exploring La Plaza with Maddy. Thursday afternoon... On the way home I picked through a bunch of awesomely shitty sci books that someone had chucked. Oh....you know, just enjoying my egg & cheese croissant and enjoying a little Saturday sunshine in Tompkins....what are you up to? Saw this great flyer while out and about on Thursday. When the weather outside... Nothing worse than coming back to rainy snow in New York after a January trip to Florida. Boooo. Was still snowing in the afternoon. ...the snow started coming down.
