Really neat plaster work......and gargoyles!I spent my time walking around Hudson River park....but this time they sent us out into the wild to practice walking meditation on the mean streets of New York. As always, I couldn't help but snap a few pictures of the things I thought were beautiful...After a morning of working from home...More and more of my days only...East Village sky.The next morning, we headed to an early breakfast with my family!After finishing up my work for the morning...After cleaning up my cut...Maddy is a big fan of her new evening walk routine....to cart over all the books to the second-hand bookstore on St. Marks!We met up on 14th Street...Later that evening, we met up with Ellen, Cat and Mark!Taking the pooch to the park.I was up early and headed to the subway to meet Cat at the beach. On Thursday I headed out to Williamsburg for another day of customer interviews!These two were stopped at a traffic light and I asked if I could take a photo of their awesomeness. So good!Maddy found a scent while we were out walking on Tuesday night and led me a long chase that eventually led us to...Neato.Walking home up Avenue C, there was a building that had umbrellas all over it.Perfect.The next morning we walked over to Mission......then made our way over to see about...A little over an hour later we were fresh as daisies...Around 5:30, we got a call from Jared that he'd just arrived in town and was headed over to Mike & Tanya's place to meet up with us! Yay!Luckily, no one was hurt too badly!...and was well over forty feet away!...had flipped over...The other car......because of some crazy accident. Looks like that car made a left in front of a car that was coming down the hill.On our walk down one of those crazy steep streets, we noticed traffic had been closed off..We decided to walk north up to check out the view of Alcatraz from the top of the hill.We woke up to a drizzly Saturday afternoon and headed down to the Mission...And then a few blocks further, 166 Sanchez where I ended up living for about five months!...has some pretty special specialty shops. Oh, hello there crystal dildo!Haight Street...After dropping off our bags, we headed out to do some exploring. Here's Gurj with a tree that looks like a giant pineapple!Congrats!Awesome.I ate a sandwich outside during the lunch break and watched Tom & Zach pass me on a float celebration their marriage. Just strolling along admiring the gardens...On my way out to Queens for brunch, I chased this Sarah doppleganger down and then I go close and, oh shit! had to play it off like, whoops, nbd.Back in town walking home later that evening, I spotted this amazing van along with a free mattress give-a-wayWe met up at the coffee shop below my apartment and headed out to pick up our rental car. I like the new spaypainted swimmers on 10th street.After the show, we hailed a cab......and we all walked across FDR to the East River Park to check out the super moon.This one up to no good in the ivy.Walking back to our apartment; arms laden with presents. (PS - Babes!)...getting all her birthday wishes on her brand new phone!On Tuesday morning, I followed these baby ducks to the subway.Sunny garbage boombox on the way to work....we made a subway trek out to Brooklyn...Meredith and I walked home in the ice-crusted snow. This movie stuck with me for weeks. It's really intense, but I think very much worth enduring.Snow blob with hat.Snow!...so I decided to hoof it to work in the snow.Gurj crashed on our couch. Here's us all bundled up to hustle to the subway.Tuesday morning walking to work.Later that afternoon, we set out to get ourselves some diner brunch at Odessa!Later that evening, we went out to Brooklyn...Slushy walk to work.AMY IS MY SUNSHINE!! :) Chris is the milk in my Fruit Loops!
