Of course she got her shit signed by the band. Hahah. After the show, we went downstairs so that Karen could hit the merch table. I had never heard of them, but the movie is so wonderful and heartfelt that it was really great to get to see them play live after watching a documentary about how much they love to rock. Karen and me. The next morning I went to brunch at the Hotel Rivington with a big brunch crew to welcome Jenny's cousin (I think!) who was in town visiting. Karen. So did pretty much everybody else. Kitchen party! By the time Gurj arrived, the birthday girl was a little tipsy. Haha. Rapture. We left The Continental around 3 and headed over to see Gina who was DJ downstairs at Bowery Electric.
