Later that night, we hit the Sonic drive-in for some tots and ice cream... Yes. ..and pineapple in blueberry compote with vanilla ice cream for dessert. (This whole meal was less than $40!) Jared & Josh's excitement while exploring the SIX FLAVORS of ice cream was palpable. The treat-fest continued back at my apartment. ...and Sarah handled the homemade-waffles and ice cream dessert. Yes. Salty Pimp. Vanilla cone, carmel, rolled in sea salt and then dipped in chocolate. *drool* On Monday night I went to West Village to meet up with Ellen and we got some ice cream at Big Gay Ice Cream. Then we fucked up this pint of B&J. ...we stopped for some ice cream. Veggie sushi and treats! Two of my fave treats! Later that night Pauly came by and we caught up on some of the new flavors unavailable in CANADIA. ...and treats stashed away in the freezer. Omg, new flavors. How about some Cinnamon Toast Crunch on top? WHAT? ...and make your own banana split sundae for dessert! Later that night, Jonah came over for a hang! Fistfulla ice cream sandwiches, yes! (I just finished listing the Chris Connelly / Saves the Day episode of Going Off Track and it's SO GOOD!) Cookie ala mode! ...complete with two new flavors of Ben & Jerrys. (whoa). We had ourselves a little store-bought treat-fest... Back at home, we celebrated with Nutty Buddies... Hahaha. Who wants an ice cream sandwich? (This photo makes me scream with laughter every single time I look at it) We had pie and ice cream and then.... And six flavors of ice cream for dessert! WHAT? We have a treat-tastic summertime freezer. YES! Ingredients for Canadian Ice Cream Waffles! Well, hello there. Chipwich! Snickers winner. Matt wandered off and came back with a box filled with ice cream treats. MURIKA! ...and I picked out this gallon tub of orange-colored CHEESE-FLAVORED ice cream. (It was good in a weird way. Very strange. Didn't end up making it through the gallon but I enjoyed trying it). ..AND EAT THEM AS ONE! Why decide between between strawberry and chocolate when you can just take one of each... A few hours later, we gathered up our stuff and decided it was time to do all the normal post-beach stuff. You know, like get ice pops...
