Crazytown.The view from inside.Climb on down!View of the beach from the pillbox roof....eventually, you'll find a pillbox bunker from when Fort Tilden was an active fort.There's a path that runs behind the beach.If you follow it for a bit...Not a single person in sight in either direction.It's really surreal to be on a beach as deserted as Fort Tilden sometimes is on a weekday....time to head back!Back over the dunes...Double-fisting treats! <3Cynthia is a beach professional.
