All of the usually-crowded athletic fields were empty of teams practicing except...Took Maddy for a long walk over to the East River despite it being so cold...While walking Maddy near the East River on Wednesday, the river was covered with a drifting mist of dust......making cement and loading it onto boats to bring over to Manhattan skyscraper construction sites! ...from the concrete plant across the river...
