When they pulled her up on the bar to dance, I made a break for it. (Only because the crowd there was making me totally clausterphobic - I gotz nothing but love for Sunny D).
Here's Grant and I in Ira's kitchen. We were all crabby from our drive and if I remember correctly were pretty much ready to fight each other (I'd SOOOO win) when this mutual "get a load of this fuggin' guy" photo was taken.
MISSING PHOHTOS (oh no!)
After the Farmer's Market, Grant and I bid the Martin's farewell and embarked on a two-stop, six day trip. First up to San Fran to rendez vous with the Fatty (who had flown into SF earlier last night) and then the three of us were going to head to North Fork, California (just outside of Yosemite) and spend five days at Jordana and Ross' house located on a 4,000 acre ranch! Why is it that every dude in LA walks around in little matching denim outfits (complete with mesh caps)? He looks like he bought all his fucking clothes at Baby Gap.
On Wednesday, Grant and I got to the office only to find samples of some of the new merchandise Nerve.com is thinking of selling. Hmmm....Nerve.com trucker hats? And the verdict is?
After a few minutes at the lackluster afterparty (which wasn't much of a party because everyone was so bummed about not getting to see the movie), I headed over to The Hole where I witnessed...
After Iggy's, Bev and Matt left and Emily and I popped into Pianos, but it was pretty gay so we left. (But not before some hipster kid put his "mesh hat" down on the bar and when he turned around, we swiped it and ran out the door.) We immediately took turns trying it on seeing who...
Don't even get me started on the whole fucking mesh, trucker-hat phenomenon again. Suffice it to say that for a short while it was so out of hand that I actually resorted to having this shirt made up.
