showing 2011 only · show all yearsThe next morning we walked over to Mission...A litte after 4pm, we crossed the Golden Gate bridge...So instead we headed over to Pier 39......to see the sea lions!...then made our way over to see about...We walked around downtown for a bit...On Monday we got an early start to do some sightseeing!After we were done admiring the view...PSSST! HEY! I'M DOWN OVER......so much!I love these two photos...Awesome.Couple shot!After filling our bellies, we drove up to the top of Twin Peaks Summit to admire the amazing view of the city.BRUNCH CHAMPION!...so that we could enjoy the evening....We headed up to the amazing roof deck...Around 5:30, we got a call from Jared that he'd just arrived in town and was headed over to Mike & Tanya's place to meet up with us! Yay!By 5pm we'd worked our appetites back up so I took Gurj over to Love N Haight deli, my favorite veggie sandwich shop!YES!We were standing on the beach admiring the view and all of a sudden a swimmer emerged from the water!After we were done with our rubbernecking, we moved on to Hyde Street Pier.Luckily, no one was hurt too badly!...and was well over forty feet away!...had flipped over...The other car......because of some crazy accident. Looks like that car made a left in front of a car that was coming down the hill.On our walk down one of those crazy steep streets, we noticed traffic had been closed off..We decided to walk north up to check out the view of Alcatraz from the top of the hill.We woke up to a drizzly Saturday afternoon and headed down to the Mission...And then a few blocks further, 166 Sanchez where I ended up living for about five months!On the walk back to Mike and Tanya's I showed Gurj where I first lived when I briefly moved to San Francisco. (The place didn't used to be purple!...has some pretty special specialty shops. Oh, hello there crystal dildo!Look at Gurj's face when she walked into Amoeba Records!Haight Street...After dropping off our bags, we headed out to do some exploring. Here's Gurj with a tree that looks like a giant pineapple!...yay, San Francisco!
