Siege's two favorite things are Katie and New Orleans (well, maybe New Orleans comes in 3rd or 4th place after a couple other things I can think of), but regardless, Siege invited a feisty mix of people to come over on Tuesday night and celebrate Katie's birthday Mardi Gras style!
