showing 2016 only · show all yearsOn Wednesday night I went over to visit Amanda in her new (old) Midtown apartment!After dinner, she showed me the LED herb garden I gave her as a housewarming gift!Later Thursday afternoon, I went over to 2nd Ave to have dinner at Meredith's BRAND NEW APARTMENT! Maddy is a huge pizza fan, FYI. Welcome back to Manhattan, Meredith!She didn't have a lot of furniture yet, so we improvised our dinner table......out of moving boxes! Ta-da!Removing a rug and putting a new rug down without being able to move the furniture out of the room is the ultimate New York puzzle.My living room was looking kind of crazy with the patterned rug I'd gotten, so I decided to swap it out for something simpler.
