But hey, when it comes to getting girls dressed in naughty outfits more free drinks, sometime you gotta do what you gotta do. Meanwhile, on the other side of the dancefloor...
Remember how Fatty and I played frisbee in the park on Sunday? Well, we ended up befriending two Italians that were visiting from Milan. They'd been in town for a few weeks, but were staying in Astoria and told us that they'd been disappointed with the NYC nightlife they'd seen. I gave them my cell number and assured them I'd take them out and show them a good time. So on Monday night we met up and I took them on the rounds. We started off with a few drinks at the Fish.
And by the time I got a second shot off, Sarah's hair was soaked and she'd plugged up the flow with her thumb to avoid smelling malty the rest of the evening.
Sarah attempting to recreate my favorite photo of her ever. My camera went off early so I only managed to capture a little dripple peeking out of the bottle.
Sarah was looking so juggalicious I just couldn't help myself. DISCLAIMER: For the benefith of certain potential readers (Umm, namely Sarah's overprotective brother) I'd like to point out that my mouth isn't actually on Sarah's boobies - it's just an optical illusion - honest!
So we were dancing at Misshapes and all of sudden I see this girl on the dancefloor that I recognize, but can't place. And then it hits me, she was the crazy drunk girl that Vin was chatting up some random night over two years ago at Pioneer Bar. She graciously posed for a reunion photo. Aw.
Right when she got towards the end of the beer, she started pouring the
remainder in her mouth. I have no idea how Uncle
Grambo (in town visiting
from Detroit) managed to keep a straight face.
Lookee here, it's Greg K and little Leigh. Sitting there all cute, totally oblivious to my master plan to make out with her. Well, the wheels are in motion baby, just you wait and see.
After returning home and doing an hour of jumping jacks to ensure I'd exorcised the majority of my spicy thai burps, I met up with Vinay and we headed over to Misshapes.
I used to never go out on Saturday nights but the Misshapes party is always fun. It's pretty much only kids that are there to dance and have fun instead of just standing in the shadowy corners and acting sulky. Ok, actually there's a lot of that too, but at least it's occasionally punctuated with a move being busted.
Sure he might wear blue socks, but that doesn't mean that he won't dance you right off the floor until your standing there watch him do his thang with tears in your eyes because you know that the girl you had a crush on in the purple skirt is totally going to end up playing with his ding dong before the night is over.
The night wore on and the place started to clear out, but we all kept on dancing. I thought I was being all sneaky trying to capture picture of Vin "in action" practically by himself on the dance floor.
