Matt, Craig, Mer and Ellen. Later that evening, we went out to visit Gurj and Jared in Queens and hand-painted signs to cheer Ellen on in during the marathon tomorrow! All packed up and ready to head home! Thanks again to Jenny for suggesting the trip and organizing the weekend! And the second! Haha. I snapped a quick group photo... Finally got it in shot # 3! Number 2 was a falling-from-the-sky success. ...and then decided to balance my camera on the boardwalk railing and try a few snaps with the autotimer. Hahah. Better than sitting in the car. I love train station bars. Yes! Before leaving, we gathered for a group shot with the auto timer. Everyone was all stocked up and ready to go with their bags of goodies, but we couldn't find Marisa and Jenny... Later that afternoon, the seven of us loaded ourselves into the family van we'd rented for the weekend... Meredith explored the yard... Look at us having breakfast together just like normal people. Gurj and Mer got were at work... Beach & Dim Sum food coma recovery party / nap festival at our place! DESTINATION! ...but then their eyes would snap open and we'd all have to pretend that we weren't just taking sneaky sleepy photos! BUSTED! Hahaha. On the subway ride home Gurj and Christina were so tired that their leeetle eyes kept closing and I kept trying to take sneaky pics of them dozing off... Action shot.
