That night when we got back to Manhattan, I found a license plate in my hood that might be a contender to beat the license plate that Dennis spotted over in the Lower East Side. I was gonna stick around to see what kind of person pays extra for a license plate that says this - but then when I started thinking about what would likely happen when some hulking Staten Island weekender found me hanging around his car only to ask if I could take his picture.
