On Saturday afternoon I went out to Rockaway Beach to celebrate Amanda's birthday! Around five we head to head back so I could return the Zipcar. Thanks for playing hooky with me to be my birthday beach buddy, Jane Anne! Amanda, Leigh & Kim all have the same birthday! This mega-birthday extravaganza kicked off with Amanda's birthday out at Rockaway! Here's the birthday girl along with fellow beach heartbreakers, Naomi & Astra. Happy birthday, Leigh! Happy birthday, Cynthia! We still finished the entire thing. Hahah. The dreaded birthday ass-vice! I love this picture! Thanks for being my boo, boo. 100% awesome. We chose an isolated location away from any other groups and set up camp! Look how much distance we had between us in either direction! A little after 5pm, we decided to pack it in (wanted to make sure I had time for a nap before my birthday party!). Getting ready to make a run for it! The weather held, but about 90 minutes later, thing got DRAMATIC!
