I'm working on those new diary entries - but in the meantime, here's a sneak peek at some of our footage from vacation. These were all shot towards the end of our vacation in Crete. Anyone who knows Grant, knows that it's really fun to scare him because he screams really loud (sort of a cross between a woman and how Ned Flanders screams on The Simpsons). Anyway - towards the end of our time in Crete, we decided to start trying to scare Grant and capture it on tape. Here's the best of the best. (Oh, and these are all *.wmv files. And if you have trouble streaming them, you can always save them to your hard drive by right-clicking on the link and choosing "Save Target As") Scaring Grant Part One Okay, this one is the least funny out of all of them, but still worth posting because this is what started it all off. We were getting ready to head into Rethymnon for dinner and Grant was showering. Chris and I decided to climb out the bedroom window, go around the condo to outside of the bathroom window and try to scare Grant in the shower. We only managed to elicit a little yelp, but it was just enough to whet our appetitites for more. Scaring Grant: Part One.wmv (:58 / 1.88MB) Rating (1/5) Scaring Grant Part Two Immediately after scaring Grant in the shower, Chris and I quickly set up the cam to see if we could scare him on his way out of the shower as well. Make sure to check out how he scrunches his body in half and sticks his ass out when Christ jumps out. The scream in this one is priceless! Scaring Grant: Part Two.wmv (1:17 / 2.83MB) Rating (4/5) Scaring Grant Part Three A shorty, but a goody. So we spent most of dinner teasing Grant about how he screams like a woman and when we got back to the condo later that night, Grant got right in bed, pulled the covers over his head, and told us to leave him alone. So I started filming Grant, and while he was under the covers, Chris snuck into the room and hid at the foot of the bed. The clip starts off with me asking Grant "To sit up and wave goodnight to the camera..." Hehehehe. Scaring Grant: Part Three.wmv (:22 / 1.83MB) Rating (3/5) Scaring Grant Part Four: The Double Cross This one's priceless. After being scared so many times, Grant was eager to get one of us back on camera. We woke him up and told him that Fatty was in the shower and he should hide in the closet and scare him when he exits the shower....falling into our perfectly laid trap. My favorite part in this clip (well, besides Grant's amazing Ned Flanderesque scream) is the fact that Grant comes out of his room wearing a pair of green underwear on his head!?! When we asked him about it later he explained that he "thought it would make Fatty more scared."). Um, yeah. Ok, dude. Scaring Grant: Part Four.wmv (2:55 / 3.79MB) Rating (5/5) Fatty Takes A Nap: Grant's Revenge This is my favorite out of all of them. Man, if this isn't proof of what comes around goes around. I don't know what is. (I love the fact that Grant has to put a towel in his mouth and bite down so that doesn't wake Fatty up with his laughter).
